ELSIE DASS
Elsie Das has worked with the national carrier Air India for a period of 34 yrs. She has worked as Chief Airhostess and Manager In-flight services. She was involved in training of Cabin Crew and also in Soft Skill training. In her career, she has been a VVIP trained cabin crew and had the privilege to be assigned to the special aircrafts for Prime Ministers. She has flown with several Heads of State, visiting Royalties, and other foreign dignitaries, which required impeccable cabin service. Her vast experience in facing the challenges of the Open Sky Policy made her a force to reckon with in the exciting world of Cabin Crew training and Management. She has trained in FRANKFINN' INSTITUTE OF AIRLINES TRAINING for a number of years. She opines that the aviation industry is like 'Aladdin's Cave' with exciting opportunities! She has also been an announcer with All India Radio.

KAREN GONSALVEZ
A Lecturer in International Hospitality Management ("Les Roches" SHA-Switzerland & AHMA-USA) and a Business Management, Corporate Communications, Soft Skills Trainer , specializing in over fifteen modules Over 25 years of extensive global managerial experience in Hospitality, Cruise, Destination and Leisure Management. Worked for the Hilton Hotels in the USA and Australia and Movenpick Hotels Switzerland. Hospitality and Cruise Manager onboard two cruise liners the Carnival and Royal Caribbean International cruises.LIVED AND WORKED IN AUSTRALIA
, Switzerland, North America and India. Natural ability to teach, coach, motivate, and develop students while maintaining high interest and instilling a positive attitude. She has trained in FRANKFINN' INSTITUTE OF AIRLINES TRAINING for a number of years. Ms Swarna Ganesh has a rich experience of 15 yrs in the Travel industry. She has worked in the Middle East with Bhawan Travel Group. She has worked with Balmer Lawrie in Chennai. She holds an IATA certificate and participated in workshops with various airlines. She is also certified in Saber and Galileo. She has vast experience in training candidates in Travel Management and Computerised Reservations-Galileo. She has helped students to be placed in the Airlines and Travel industries.She has trained in FRANKFINN' INSTITUTE OF AIRLINES TRAINING for a number of years.
